The cost of completing FutureLearn coursework can range from being completely free to costing a little over $1,000. This does not include official master's or graduate certificates, which do not have listed prices.

Please note that access to the free version of courses ends after five weeks and doesn't include tests, grades, or a certificate of completion. For most courses, payment is required to upgrade to get unlimited access to the course material and a certificate. The cost typically ranges between $39-$89, depending on the course.

FutureLearn accepts payments made by card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) or PayPal via their online system. Payments can be made in several currencies, including British pounds (GBP £), United States Dollars (USD $), Euros (EUR €), and Australian Dollars (AUD $). FutureLearn has a detailed Cancellation and Refund policy. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from FutureLearn. For purchases from a third party, please contact the third party directly. The policy varies depending on the payment model chosen for access to content or courses on the FutureLearn Website.

For Paid Upfront Courses and certain Course Upgrades, refunds or cancellations can only be issued if: - Requested within the 14-day cooling-off period which begins on the day of the first payment for Unlimited (For Monthly Unlimited subscriptions, this only applies to the first month’s payment) - No tests have been completed (or attempted to complete) - No Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course has been received

For Microcredential Courses, cancellation and refund can be requested at any point between the date of purchase and 14 days after learning begins on the first course of the microcredential. Some Microcredentials are partially non-refundable due to costs being incurred at the point of enrolment.

To request a refund or cancellation, contact orders@futurelearn.com with your email address and order number. Refunds or cancellations will be issued within 14 days of determining that a cancellation or refund is due.

Regarding the Delivery policy, FutureLearn aims to ship Products within specific timescales. For Personalised Products like Statements of Participation & Certificates of Achievement, these will generally be shipped around 6-8 weeks after course completion or product purchase. For Non-personalised Products like T-shirts, tote bags, card tins, kites, mugs, paperweights, books, these will generally be shipped within 2 working days of order placement. Posters will generally be shipped within 5 working days of order placement. Delivery costs vary according to territory and weight, and the delivery service chosen.
